My Story
Emily introduces CoreDrive Pilates.
Emily Pearce is the Founder of CoreDrive Pilates, blending Pilates strength and functional movement with golf‑informed conditioning. She is a STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructor Trainer in Intensive Matwork and Comprehensive Reformer, STOTT PILATES trained in Cadillac and Barrels.
After a successful career in strategic marketing, Emily shifted into wellness to help people feel strong and grounded in everyday life and on the greens. An avid golfer, she is pursuing her Level 1 TPI certification to deepen her understanding of the body–swing connection and the rotational patterns that shape an efficient golf swing.
As a Board Member of the Ladies Golf League at Rainier Golf & Country Club, she champions connection and expanding access to the game. Her teaching centers on body awareness, breath, and joyful movement—helping clients feel strong, capable, and grounded.

Yes. I specialize in Pilates strength conditioning for golfers, including core strength, mobility, rotation, and balance. I’m also pursing my Level 1 TPI certification to round out my expertise.
There is a direct link between core strength, rotation and swing‑specific strength:
Core strength is foundational to the golf swing, connecting upper and lower body and generating power.
Rotational power comes from the core and is essential for clubhead speed and distance.
A strong, stable core improves balance, consistency, and energy transfer in the swing.

Working with me is friendly, collaborative, and tailored to your body. We start by covering the 5 Basic Principles of STOTT PILATES®, understand your health history, strength, any limitations, and your goals. I’ll take a look at your posture and movement to design sessions with exercises that meet you where you are.
From there, we build strength and body awareness step-by-step — starting with simple, foundational exercises and progressing to more complex work as you grow more confident in form. I suggest getting a package of sessions so we can work together, and you can grow in your understanding of your own body awareness, and strength over time. My goal is to help you feel supported, capable, and grounded every time you walk into the studio.

My availability is Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, 9am–4pm. To book, fill out the Contact & Book form on my website and I’ll respond by email.
